This forum is for the Discussion on Proposition 8 in California. Prop 8 states that only marriage between a man and a women will be recognized in the state of California. It's consequences and the next step in the struggle to overturn it.

The "guvana" of california, signed two bills aimed at the Gay and Lesbian Community.

The first one recognizes Same Couple Marriages that are performed in other states. The second one recognizes Harvey Milk, the Gay and Lesbian rights activist who was killed in the 70's. Too bad the Terminator doesn't have the balls to REALLY stand up and for Gay and Lesbians rights himself!
